Direct Grilling - Mom's Beef Tenderloin
The direct grilling method involves cooking the food on the grids directly over the flame.
We recommend direct grilling for most single-serving items such as steaks, chops, burgers, kebabs and vegetables, or any other quick-cooking foods.
Direct grilling in a wok, or grill topper is recommended for delicate items such as fish and seafood, as well as smaller items such as chopped vegetables and small pieces of meat.
Place topper directly on grids over medium-high heat.
Coat with light oil to prevent food from sticking.

Hand wash with a mild detergent and warm water, or place in dishwasher.
