Smoked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

6 whole chicken legs (thighs attached)

Spice rubs of your choice

Handful of wood chips of your choice


Other Equipment

Diffuser Kit or Drip pan with Water

Directions

Prepare the Keg for indirect grilling at 250°F. Fill the diffuser kit with water and add the wood chips.

Smoke the chicken legs at 250°F for 4-5 hours, or until crispy on the outside, and the internal temperature reaches 170°F.
