Ingredients

Filets of pike


Rub

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup chopped dill

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp salt

2 tbsp freshly cracked black pepper


Mop

1/2 cup cider vinegar

1/2 cup canola

Directions

Set Keg at 225°F, and scatter coals with soaked fruit wood chips. Place the fish on the Keg and smoke for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
