Lemon Chili Herb Rub
Ingredients
This spicy rub is great on pork or poultry. Use it alone, or team it up with your favorite barbecue sauce.
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup kosher salt
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tbsp lemon zest, finely grated
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and pat lightly onto pork or poultry several hours before grilling. Freeze leftover rub for the next cook-out.
