Cabbage and Corned Beef
1 large head cabbage
1/2 lb corned beef, thinly sliced
2 tbsp beer
1/8 tsp pepper
Cut cabbage into 6 wedges leaving wedges attached at base. Place on 24 x 18 inch heavy duty foil.
Divide corned beef into 6 equal portions and place between wedges. Sprinkle cabbage with beer and pepper. Wrap and seal.
Cook 30 - 45 minutes with the lid down or until the cabbage is tender.
