TROUBLESHOOTING

My Grill has low flame and is taking longer then normal to heat up.

1. The hose and regulator on your Grill has a safety feature known as QCC. This feature may have been triggered by turning on the tank too quickly. To correct this, simply turn off the tank and the grill, and disconnect the regulator from the tank. Reconnect the regulator to the tank and VERY slowly turn the tank back on. This will reset the regulator, and allow normal gas flow.

2. If your BBQ runs on natural gas, the Water Column Pressure may need to be checked by a Certified Gas Fitter.

The model and serial numbers are located on the gas caution sticker. This sticker is located in one of two locations, either on the bottom shelf down by the wheels, or on the rear cart support bar, located on the back of the barbecue just below the bottom casting.
