F.A.Q. - My barbecue is not heating above 200º. How do I solve this?
The hose and regulator on your barbecue has a safety feature known as QCC1. This feature can be triggered by turning on the tank too quickly or by leaving the valves open before turning on the tank. To correct this, simply turn off the tank and the burners on your grill. Wait 2 minutes and then slowly turn on the gas tank. This will reset the regulator and allow normal gas flow. This is applicable to liquid propane models only. If this condition occurs on a natural gas barbecue it may be a problem with the fuel delivery. Please contact us for further details.
