Grilling the Perfect Steak


In this segment we will show you how to grill the perfect steak. Say goodbye to crossing your fingers and hello to confidence. Broil King has quite simply revolutionized the way we grill steak. There is nothing more delicious or amazing than grilling that steak just right! Watch and enjoy!



If you choose to, you can marinate steak for 1 hour at room temperature or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator prior to grilling. If refrigerating, bring steak close to room temperature a half hour before grilling for more even cooking. Preheat grill on medium/high. Brush grids with olive oil and proceed as directed.
