Assemble the Brie and Quince, placing it in a tiny cast iron pan if you have one and serve it on a grilled baguette.
- 1 – 5" to 6" Wheel of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup Quince preserves
- 1 Baguette, sliced
- Line a small cast iron frying pan or other grill friendly vessel with a small round of parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Place the brie in the pan, top it with the quince preserves, and set it on the top rack of a preheated barbecue on MEDIUM/LOW until the cheese is soft and melty, about 10–15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill the baguette slices until toasted on both sides. To serve, lay the cheese and toasts on a wooden serving platter.
