Golden brown and crunchy on the outside, tender and moist on the inside, garlic bread is also a great accompaniment to chicken salad, steak, or pasta.
- 8 Thick slices Italian bread
- 3 tbsp Salted butter
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Large cloves garlic, minced
- Place butter, oil, and garlic in a small bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave on high 25 seconds until butter is melted and garlic flavour is infused. Brush both sides of the bread with the butter mixture. Grill on MEDIUM–LOW until golden brown, turning to create Perfect Grill Marks.
