Great for chicken, fish, or pork.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 limes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1" piece ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grate the zest from the limes, and squeeze them for their juice. Combine all ingredients.
- Marinate chicken or pork for one hour before grilling.
